Sundays 4:00-6:00pm

Weekly spiritual practice space held at Skydog Farm, North Scituate, RI.

Two hours of open practice time in a nurturing and supportive environment. Options include, but not limited to, walking meditation around the gardens and/or labyrinth, seated meditation or journaling in the faery gardens, a quiet cup of tea while enjoying nature or mindful movement to ground yourself. Rachael will be available for support during this time frame. They may or may not offer a guided meditation, energy work or movement. Rachael will post in their IG stories on Sunday mornings with any additional offerings that day.

Please arrive between 4:00-4:30pm. We will ring a bell at 4:30 to begin our sacred silence. Please do not engage in conversations during this time. This is time for self reflection and connecting with Spirit. We will ring the bell again at 5:30 denoting the end of silence to allow for departure by 6:00pm.

Please be respectful of the time and space offered. The first time you arrive, please be on property by 4:10pm, as you will be required to receive a brief tour and guidelines of the property.

Last Sunday of each month 4:30-5:30pm

Monthly in person spiritual practice meetup. Join a community of mindfulness and spiritual seekers for group meditation, spiritual reading or other supportive practice. There will be time for optional group sharing (dharma sharing) to speak about the joys and challenges on your journey and to practice deep listening for others.

Led by Katherine Fotiades and/or Rachael McCaskill.

*we are not mental health professionals: we are spiritual practitioners sharing our experiences and what has worked for us.

Should an event be canceled due to weather, we will host the monthly meetup via Zoom and weekly practice will be on IG Live with @rachael_gentle_ascension
