Weekly spiritual practice space held at Skydog Farm, North Scituate, RI.
Two hours of open practice time in a nurturing and supportive environment. Options include, but not limited to, walking meditation around the gardens and/or labyrinth, seated meditation or journaling in the faery gardens, a quiet cup of tea while enjoying nature or mindful movement to ground yourself. Rachael will be available for support during this time frame. They may or may not offer a guided meditation, energy work or movement. Rachael will post in their IG stories on Sunday mornings with any additional offerings that day.
Please arrive between 4:00-4:30pm. We will ring a bell at 4:30 to begin our sacred silence. Please do not engage in conversations during this time. This is time for self reflection and connecting with Spirit. We will ring the bell again at 5:30 denoting the end of silence to allow for departure by 6:00pm.
Please be respectful of the time and space offered. The first time you arrive, please be on property by 4:10pm, as you will be required to receive a brief tour and guidelines of the property.
Last Sunday of each month 4:30-5:30pm
